TRIO worked with both Landlord and Tenant on securing terms that were acceptable by both parties for a brand new state-of-the-art 120,000 MOB to be built at the site of the old Breckenridge Inn. The challenges involved tearing down an existing facility, get the proper zoning and height restrictions. The deal was approved and the building will be a new first class development in the Lousville market for years to come.
